Boost and PAACT Partner to Help Families

Quality Care for Children and PAACT are partnering to ensure that more infants and toddlers have access to high-quality child care programs. The PAACT Scholarship is powered by Quality Care for Children’s Boost: Parent Child Success child care scholarship program. The program ensures infants and young children (ages birth – three years) receive high quality early care and learning that prepares them for success in school. Paying for high-quality child care can be difficult or impossible for many working families. Families pay no more than 7% of their household income on child care. The PAACT scholarship powered by Boost pays for the rest.

PCS is a needs-based program. If you think you may be eligible for PCS, please complete this application. Note: PCS is not a government program, and is not an entitlement program. It is privately funded and participation in the program is voluntary. Further, eligibility for PCS does not guarantee enrollment into the program, as both space and funding are limited.

Application Process

  1. After your online application is submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email within 5 business days regarding your initial eligibility determination and next steps.

You will be required to upload eligibility documents to your application. See documentation list here.

  2. If needed, we can assist you in finding a qualified childcare provider through 877-ALL-GA-KIDS (877-255-4254).

  3. If approved, we will work with you and the chosen provider to finalize childcare and payment arrangements.

  4. Once all necessary documents are received, you will be all set to start your childcare scholarship and enroll your child in childcare.
