Don’t reinvent the wheel! The PRH provides ready-to-use documents and templates for all of your administrative and programmatic needs. Examples include budget templates, employee and family handbooks, policies and forms, lesson plans, and menu planning tools. The site also provides resources to help you meet each Quality Rated standard.

The PRH includes a family child care toolkit that pulls together all of the resources you need to operate your family child care home.

Discounts ON GOODS AND SERVICES

We have taken the work out of finding the best deals. Vendors cover everything from classroom supplies, indoor and outdoor equipment, facility services, and payroll and HR management. Shop and save with special discount programs from local and national vendors like Discount School Supply, Kaplan, Black Hat Enterprise (PPE Equipment and supplies), Childcare CFO, ADP, ProSolutions, and many more. In one quarter alone, a PRH member saved more than $6,050 on educational supplies and food orders!

Job Board, job Templates, and Hiring Tools

There are templates for job descriptions and interview guides as well as a free job posting site. Job announcements are automatically posted to eight other online job boards and appear in Google search results. You can manage the entire hiring process online.
